Beatrice Loving Heart Agency has been providing community-based supports services for older adults and individuals with complex medical needs since 2003. We have been working with families in the Prince Georges County, Baltimore County, Baltimore city, and Frederick County for many years, providing supports planning, and staff to assist in remaining independent in their homes. Through their experience, they began to notice that the children of some of their clients were entering the social service system, repeating the patterns of their parents. Drs. Bill and Carolyn felt that if they could reach out to people at an earlier age, as children, then perhaps the cycle of dependency, suffering, and failure could be broken.

Foundations for Home and Community, a non-profit organization established in 2000, provides therapeutic / specialized foster care services in Maryland. Youth served in their program typically have abandonment, family, emotional, and behavioral issues, as well as educational and community-related concerns. They specialize in providing an innovative approach to working with at-risk youth and their families. They apply Systems of Care principles to create public/private community partnerships.

Resource Connections Incorporated (RCI) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing community services coordination;(formerly resource coordination), as authorized by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Community services coordination includes assistance with the DDA services eligibility application process; waiting list case management; development of an individualized service plan; advocacy; and support of each person's goals and dreams. Our mission "to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities direct their own lives through supportive partnerships and connection to resources that promote independence" guides all operations. Fulfilling this mission requires an approach that is person-centered (learning what each person wants and partnering with him/her to achieve it), community-based (supporting the person to live and work within the local community), and cost-effective.

WIN (What I Need) Family Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. WIN and its affiliate programs, are a faith-based child and family mental health network serving youth and families with emotional, behavioral and mental challenges.
